Compete among Brevard’s most talented chocolatiers, restaurateurs and pastry chefs. Competitors are asked to provide 600 bite size samples of a chocolate creation. Products must be made in a Brevard County licensed kitchen. Each Competitor is provided with an 8 ft. skirted table to display and distribute their product. Chocolate Buffet Donations Businesses wishing to donate chocolate creations and promote their business, but do not wish to compete, can donate to the Chocolate Buffet. See Vendor/Raffle Donation Form for details.

Beverage Donations We need beverages to help cleanse the pallet! Vendors are needed to provide coffee, tea, water and ice. We will provide signage to display with your donations. You can serve yourself and promote your business or volunteers will serve for you. Donations can be picked up by our volunteers or you can drop them off the day of the festival. See Vendor/Raffle Donation Form for details.
